| No this is not true!! We've always had Cocker Spaniels and they are wonderful family dogs. Maybe your partner thinks they are dumb just because they always look happy and wag their tails at everything. I guess you might get some that aren't as bright as others, as with any breed, but they are generally pretty bright. | |
